Scope
These
general
conditions
regulate
the
terms
&
conditions
of
sale
between
MATHYS
INTERNATIONAL
S.L.
and
the
customer
at
WHOLESALEFITNESSWEAR.COM.
Any
modification
by the
Purchaser
shall
have
no
validity. We
normally
ship
using Table of shipping fees for orders under 500 Euros 1.

Note: We cannot ship to a PO Box, we ship merchandise to business & residential addresses. Small to medium size orders are shipped out the same day or within 24hrs after payment is received, for large orders we’ll advise you about dispatch time. Our normal turnaround time for medium to large orders is 7 business days, we do not work on weekends or public holidays. Allow

3. Defective Products All items are carefully checked before despatch by our quality care team. However, if upon receiving goods, the goods were in a defective condition, we will immediately send you a new product under the regulations after you return the damaged merchandise. Please contact our customer services department by email at sales@mathysinternational.com including your invoice number. 4. Information on the right of return
If you
wish
to
return
any
item
you
must contact
us in
writing
to sales@mathysinternational.com
including
your
invoice
number.
Your
returned
package
must
include
an
original
invoice.
The
deadline
for
return
is
seven
days
from
receipt
of
item.
For
hygienic
reasons
no
returns
will
be
accepted
if the
product
has
been
used
or
modified.
For
extra
security
we
recommend
using
a
courier
service
or
send
your
return
via
certified
mail.
NOTE:
The
amount
to be
repaid
will
be the
price
of the
item
and
under
no
circumstances
shall
MATHYS
INTERNATIONAL
S.L.
pay
other
expenses.

5. Changes in price / product supply The price of our products exclude TAX for our American & European customers, our clients in Spain are required to pay 16% sales tax on all orders, please pay 16% IVA at the checkout. MATHYS INTERNATIONAL S.L. reserves the right to make at any time without notice, changes it deems appropriate for products and prices. MATHYS INTERNATIONAL S.L. reserves the right not to accept orders and not to execute orders in the event that the product ordered is out of stock. In that case we shall notify you immediately and offer you a full refund if an item is not available. 6. Forwarding Order
Make
sure
your
address
is
correct.
If for
some
reason
your
order
is
returned,
and
you
still
want
to
receive
these
products,
we
will
have
to
charge
postage
costs
again.

for
the
delay
in
delivery
of an
order
when
the
shipping
address
provided
by the
client
contains
any
errors
or
omissions.
Those
conducting
fraudulent
orders
will
be
prosecuted
to the
full
extent
that
the
law
provides.

able
to
collect
the IP
address
so you
can
locate
the
computer
where
the
order
was
fraudulent.
Any
false
or
fraudulent
information
will
be
sent
to
relevant
authorities
for
further
prosecution.
